Uig Lodge has long been renowned for its smoked salmon and has supplied some of the UK’s finest food establishments for over 25 years. In 2007 we received the Guild of Fine Food’s stamp of approval in the form of a gold star in their Great Taste Awards. Earlier this year, our smoked salmon picked up its second gold star in the 2010 Great Taste Awards.
Our clients include several Michelin starred restaurants, as well as Fortnum & Mason, Firmdale Hotels and Rules Restaurant. Although our smokery is based on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, we keep stock in London and our daily deliveries are managed by Murray’s Fresh Fish, one of London’s leading wholesale fish suppliers.
