Our hand sliced side serves approximately 15 people as a starter.
Ingredients: Scottish Atlantic salmon, salt, oak smoke.
If you prefer the stronger succulent flavour of a whole side of smoked salmon but don't want the inconvenience of slicing it yourself, why not get us to hand slice the side for you. In its vacuum pack it is hard to tell that the side has been touched in any way. A sliced side of smoked salmon makes a fantastic present and is a very good way to feed lots of people.
Our smoked salmon will keep in a fridge for up to 3 weeks, or it can be frozen for up to 4 months and saved for a later date. Once opened, it should be eaten within 3 days.
