Ingredients: Scottish Atlantic salmon, salt, oak smoke.
A popular alternative to our smoked salmon sides and useful if you only need enough for a small number of people. The slices are interleaved making it very easy just to take out what you need and return the rest to the fridge.
Our smoked salmon can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks, or it can be frozen for up to 4 months and saved for a later date. Once opened, it should be eaten within 3 days.
